In the previous releases there was a nice table-like date schedule for each event. Has Hardy this already? Or is it too early to ask for it?
I just want to see when each test cd appears and when is the final release.
Thanks in advance!

Many thanks! I will have a look at it then!

Okay. Looks nice. But it is really rough.
Until November 22. we will have not a single physical sign of what Hardy will look like.
There is a Christmas break? Wtf?
Alpha 4 seems a good test candidate for me. But I will have exams at the university in this time. That is why I am going too start with the Alpha 5 at February 21.
The sacred date for all of us here is: April 24, 2007.

Can anyone explain why the debianfreeze is so early in the game? Does it change too much that would make it harder to keep up with?

That's only when the automatic process stops automatically building packages from debian. They can still be brought in manually.

Gives the platform time to settle down to become robust

The UDC should flesh this out a bit more.

A lot of developers do that. Personally, I hope the Dev team has a very happy holiday.

I'm going in as soon as I can to help test. Alpha 1, probably. We all need to gauge our tolerance for pain....mine is quite high. :)

Do it on your response. I am not into that.
