Hey,

I'm still fairly new to Ubuntu, but it was easy enough to set up that I have a working web site using Drupal. I have now run into a need for ssl but it looks like I will need some more experienced help with that. Is there anyone in the Atlanta area that might be able to give me a bid on setting up ssl?

Thanks

Mike

It shouldn't be too hard for you to do yourself, if you are willing to take a further look at it? You've come this far, maybe we can help here if you can't find someone to personally look at it.

What server are you running? Apache, Lighty or... ? I would recommend using LAMPP (1) for your basic serving needs and it has a simple command line option to start SSL which would be the easiest way to get it going.

Hope this helps
JC

If you're in the Atlanta area and have linux questions that go beyond the desktop usage questions you can get easily answered here, you should join the mailing list at http://www.ale.org/mailman/listinfo/ale .

I am available for such help if need be. You can contact me privately and we can discuss pricing. However, as some have mentioned above, it's not too terribly hard, and there are resources out there.
