Has anyone got it to work with zbattle (http://www.zbattle.net/)?

It'd be nice to have a .deb with zbattle and either 1.36 or 1.42 packed.

Well first of all, you must be sure that both you and the person you're playing with have the same rom. (normally people have the one with "[U]" in it) Second, you must be using the same emulator, 1.36 or 1.42. These things are important to check before beginning. Also, have a translator window up, because you're bound to run into a player from another country. (usually Brazil) If you are the one launching the game, just create a game from the netplay window, and name it. Open the emulator, click on netplay and internet. Click "Start as Server". Wait for a player, make sure they have what is needed to play, and wait for them to connect. This normally works, but if you have problems, go here http://board.zsnes.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3679. If you're connecting with another person, just click the start button on their window, and it should connect. Beforehand, all of your configurations (video, input, etc.) should be set. Do not mess around with settings once it starts, as this may cause errors.
