A compliant could still be a wishlist bug report, even if it not "officially" a bug.

Maybe also just a section for bug complaints, but no solutions posts and just link it to a forum post that does run on with solutions. Just post after post of bugs.

I think it would make it easier (prolly) to just look at a list of bugs and click on the related link to find out more. Rather than shifting through a bunch of posts that might take you back a couple pages and a bunch of time to find (sorry... the search engine on this forum doesn't like me much =\).

I would like to take part into the making, since although it is great, Ubuntu has still some compatibility issues with programs created for med students, in ex: I have a program that is 3D of anatomy and hasn't been able to use it. This won't change me back to windows, but i would like to make this work.
Also there's the issue with installing drivers for pocket pc's and cell phones, mine are not the hottest thing on market, but can't synchronize my PPC on Linux, because the driver asks me to have the active X S***t... Let's see how me manage to do this.:lolflag:

It's been a ride getting here but I'm glad I took it, roll on Hardy I haven't had to reset for 7 days and my internet connection is already missing the 1/2gig of data a week in updates.

There are a lot of packs which treat medicom images on the repos only search synaptic and after install them You can see your hearting beating like a movie of several frames taken from blood hemodinamics just like in the other OS (You know ). For 3D I suggest cad programs with certain plugins.

Where is Hardy.

I want, no I demand, it now. My machine has been to stable lately.

Yeah, we need a version that's still +1 on the riff-raff running the stable release! Heheh! I hate it when everyone's caught up! Especially when they're moaning about faults that could've been picked up if they'd just even tried some of the test CD's. Roll on the Heron!

Besides, I like loads of daily updates! I've not changed to an up-to-24Mbps broadband service for nothing! Show me the packages and the button that says, "Install Updates" :D

WHOA - getting a bit ahead. First we will be wanting to all put forward our wants in the wish-list.

So start thinking of those things you want but really do not need - :lolflag:

But yes Bring on Hardy along with all its improvements.

Hey same mobo as mine!

Heheh! I did spot that! No problems with it on either Feisty or Gutsy, it's all good! Only installed Feisty on the machine as I didn't have a 64-bit Gutsy test CD to hand, so did the update from that.

Gutted there's been hardly any updates today! Must install as many packages as I can next time, that way I stand a higher probability of getting at least one or two! :lolflag:

Don't you just love it when the mags on the shelves push out the release CD a month after release with some big splash on the front, and you say to yourself, "Bah, I've been runnin' that for months mate, and I'm just starting the update to the next one :P !!!"
