You have to remove Audacious-plugins-extra in synaptic, install it again, and then upgrade Audacious-plugins.

Ok, I had to do that with tzdata when upgrading to gusty, just wanted to make sure I wouldn't mess anything up before I did it with audacious, thanks. :)
