i'm so happy with Gutsy, except for Virtualbox. Host networking isn't working, and it's kind of a dealbreaker for me :(.

Virtualbox has a tendency to spin out of control on the tickless kernel included with Gutsy. They have posts on their website about it and are working on a fix. I'd recommend going with VMWare or KVM in the interim.

You could try installing 'qtconfig', that might allow you to set font sizes.

sudo apt-get install qt3-qtconfig

Thanks for the tip. These huge fonts are kinda ugly... And what a pity, virtual box won't run 64 bits OS :(

it works on mine, but i can't get host networking to work. I did it in 32-bit just fine. Now if i configure it for Host Networking, the VM starts for a second and then closes.

qtconfig didn't fix the font issues, any other ideas?
