Not exactly. It's a hybrid of ubuntulooks and clearlooks with the colors and shades tweaked to produce the default human colors.

You can edit the gtkrc file and search/replace GLOSSY with GUMMY to get 'gummy' type gradients.

I still like Human Squared, which is basically the Ubuntu theme but with square corners. So simple and yet so nice.
