The only issue i have had so far with 3 gutsy installs - other than having to manually install emerald themes - has been the upgrade of my main amd64 from feisty to gutsy. I had to install the flash non-free plugin inorder to allow firefox to work correctly - (ubuntu restricted had been installed but not the non-free plugin listed separately) - now everything works as good or better than in feisty.
