if there are any computer handy people out there, this might be of interest to you...

I have 1 Toshiba 1805 14" notebook
P3-1100 (desktop processor), 512mb RAM (pc-100 sodimm), DVD/CD reader, floppy, modem, internal NIC, 1024x768 display

2 LI batteries (1 toshiba, one generic)
1 new AC adaptor (generic)
1 PCMCIA wireless card (MS/broadcom)
1 backpack style case
(the hard disk has been removed)

The notebook works, with the exception that the battery no longer charges. this is not an uncommon problem for these notebooks, which usually requires a motherboard repair. this could be a good deal for you, If you are interested in this type of project or need to repair your 1805.
If you are interested, please PM me and make an offer (simply offering to take it would be considered an offer), i am not interested in making any money out of this, i just don't really want to throw it away if somebody can make some use out of it. I will NOT part out, recipient of course pays shipping.

(i am located in the west coast of Canada)

thanks.
