Hi guys, I recently changed my theme to candido and got sick of it after a while so decided to change back to "Human". I did so only to realize that my "Windows Borders" stayed the same, I went ahaid and tried using the "Customize..." feature and I did not see a "Windows Border" tab. I did this attempt with both beryl on and off, both times where the same results. I just decided to restart my GUI (ALT+CTRL+Backspace), when that finished I logged in and the screen went pure white, I waited and waited and just decided to try to(yes) restart my GUI AGAIN, I did so and it worked but this time instead of logging in I restarted my computer and that took an UNUSUAL amount of time. And here I am stuck with the candido windows borders.
EDIT: Okay now my bottom panel is NOT showing ANY programs on it yet I have firefox open.
EDIT: Okay so I take beryl off of start-up list and deleted the candido theme (in the Home Folder>>.Themes), and STILL can't change the windows borders AND I have WIERD windows borders that I have NEVER seen before. Plz help someone!
Resolved!: Okay I resolved it and I will tell ya all how I did it for the people out there usin the search, I firstly made sure beryl wasn't starting up when the computer started up(System>>Preferences>>Sessions), I then deleted the theme that wouldn't change ex. for me it was candido(Home Folder>>View Hidden Files>>.Themes). Then I rebooted and everything was normal yay!
