OpenOffice trouble with compiz+emerald in Kubuntu

I just report this issue:
I heve Kubuntu+CompizFusion+Emerald when I open a .doc or .xls file with OO the borders disappears and the menus (File, Edit, etc...) on click they blinking top/behind the main window. But if I open OOCalc or OOwriter and then I open the file, everything is working perfect; of course if Compiz is disabled both ways are working correct.

Anyone else have this trouble with OO on opening the files directly?

Ok, the situation is getting worst with the last OO upgrade of yesterday; now the border are missing also when you open OO directly and not only when you double click on a file :(

Fixed!
(to me as a workaround)
Anyway, open Compiz Settings Manager -> Workarounds plugin and deselect Legacy Fullscreen Support
