64bit Difficulties

would i meet any 64bit related issues when i install 64bit gusty? should i bother? cause as i have heard, flash/java and other stuff can bring up problems..

Issues under Linux/Ubuntu will be based on many factors. what hardware you are using, and Is it fully supported. Theres always going to bugs, As no OS is perfect.

Flash install under Gutsy64 through synaptic.I'm unsure about Java support under Gutsy64, As I don't use it.

From looking around the forum there was work being done to bring a 64bit java plugin to Linux/Ubuntu, and Theres a script that currently works around the issue.

As for should you bother.The members in this part of the forum will provide their views, and experiences with 64bit Ubuntu,however. In the end only you can make the decision weather you should bother or not.
