Gutsy theme question (compiz)

how can you get some good, additional themes for gutsy?
is it somehow possible to use beryl themes without installing beryl or there are separate themes for compiz, is there any package which i can install to get themes?

While we're on the topic, does anyone have a quick yes or no answer to "Does gutsy still work with all the 'old' (7.04) gnome icons, metacity themes, GTK themes, etc.?"
