What exactly are Shuttleworth's money being used for? I know it's for the development of Ubuntu, but how are they distiributed?

Are they just sent to random people who contribute to Ubuntu, are they used to hire people full time for Ubuntu? Are they used to get more hardware (and software) support in Linux (such things as information on how to make drivers for the nforce cards and... well, M$ use of money)?

Why ask here? I don't think anybody on this forum is on Canonical Ltd's payroll.

But there might be someone here who knows. I figured this was the best place to ask.

Right, I can't belive how I forgot the CDs right after recivein 13 of them. :) And of course, the package servers must take enormous resources to fund. :s

Only about ten ! Kudos then !

I think you should also add the bounties for new functionalities, and maybe the laptop testing program (but I am not sure about this maybe it is sponsored).
