HTML editor with action scripts? Web page production

Request for application to programming html with java (action script?):

I am all beginner!

I want to make my homepage like flash (action script). (I do not have any money!)

I want to use only Ubuntu if that is possible.
So my question is whether anyone have advises of which application (program?) to use to:

Create a website (HTML?) with action script (-java?)?

I think I maybe should use Screem as HTML programming? And what about the action script then? I am so new that I never tried action script before, so tutorials are also more than welcome.

I found it myself. I read the post
"A list of design, photo, video & animation tools".

I think its Aptana I need. I will try that.
