doesn't recognize screen size...
disable nvidia driver's by default...
doesn't remember some of old settings...
and the "I have to remind"- Update-manager...
the ccsm want start...
Some application's fail to start after upgrading...
and much much more... kernel update's made by people they may
know what they doing...
why can't it just works... i know that nobody and nothing is 100%
perfect... or maybe we like it this way... to fight against such problem's...

No problems for me - just allowed it to update 106 packages including kernel and no issues at all.

Probably the restricted modules were not upgraded. Just change your repo to point to the main server, and re-upgrade again. You can use the .12 kernel until it finishes.
Expect this to happen in a beta!

The restricted modules should now be in the repos. Hey, this is still a beta so breakages have to be expected

No problems for me either, i have just done 184 updates and rebooted with a kernel update amongst others and everything is running fine. No errors installing or upgrading the packages and no crash reports. Why can't it just work? Well it's very difficult to get it right for everyone. Be patient, they are still fixing things, and remember, it's still BETA., errors are to be expected.

Also, the restricted-modules were released a short time afterwards, and they didn't put them on all the mirrors in time. Bit of a mistake in my opinion, but it happens.

My upgrade stalled midway through. I restarted the computer expecting the worse. The system runs! Talk about a stable OS!
Not to keep harping on what everyone else as said, but if you are installing Gusty, then you should expect problems. That is the way of the beta.
