Are there any good DVD Burning tools for Ubuntu. also, encryption remover???

GnomeBaker does a pretty good job burning DVDs, might also try K3b.

As far as encryption... I would like to know as well.

I haven't tried Gnomebaker much, but I can say that K3B is awesome ^^ It burnt all my DVD's till now perfectly, even PS2 Backups, I would recommend it, but everyone's computer is different....
