Hello, I have been experiencing a strange problem with my Dell Inspiron e1505.
For the past month I have been living in a college dorm with an ethernet connection to the internet and it has been very reliable, no speed problems and access to really just about any website, including popular video sites.
About a week ago when I was wanting to watch a YouTube video my brother had sent me and when I tried to in Windows, it did not work. Later on, when I had rebooted into Kubuntu (I dual boot) I happened to think about trying to watch the video, but to my surprise could not. I tried watching the same video on different websites (such as MetaCafe, etc), but under both Windows and Kubuntu after loading the page the video would never run. The funny thing about all of this is that my roommate has had no problems with watching the same stuff I still have not been able to watch, and just about everywhere else on campus has no problem with access.
Anyways, I tried reinstalling Flash in both Windows and Kubuntu as I had read on other forums, had a smooth installation, but the videos still halt with nothing being playable. Has anyone here experienced this problem? I will try just about any suggestions, I am getting pretty desparate. Thanks for your time!

EDIT:
Here is a screen capture of YouTube, I also forgot to mention I am using FireFox 2.0.0.6 on both Windows and Kubuntu.
