Restrict rbash even more

I have some accounts set on my box that allows users to log in visa SSH.

I'm using rbash to keep them inside their home directories however these users have no need to execute any commands so is there a way i can remove access to these commands?

I don't get it. Why do you let them ssh when you don't want them to execute commands ?
