Novice Pixel Artist

I'm a novice pixel artist, I've been working on helping out with development on themanaworld, and I noticed how amazing some guys like Crush and Len were, and was wondering, what is a REALLY good indepth tutorial or book, about pixel art? I read Mark's online tutorial, that guy is a genius, but his tutorial is a bit short.

Can anyone help?

Google is your friend, :) anyway, like any tutorial it will not teach you everything. The best way to learn is by practicing. Good luck :)
