Biggest Nweb of them all

For starters, I am brand new to linux. I have installed it on my computer a few days ago (via a dual boot) but have been so busy I haven't gotten around to setting it up. For my question, I would like to know how to make that change desktop thing with the cube. Also I would like to know how to add the "Vista Aero" look to my PC. Now I don't know if I can do those things because I have no video card. All I have are onboard graffics.

If you guys could help I would deeply appreciate it :)

EDIT: I have tried enabling the window wobble thing but the screen goes blank everytime I try. Any Ideas?

Do you know what sort of onboard graphics you have? It will need to be something half decent like the Intel integrated chipsets or better.
