OS X and Ubuntu

I am on a MacBook 2 ghz intel core 2 duo. I current have OS X and Windows on it using boot camp. I want to dual boot Ubuntu and OS X with out reinstalling OS X. How should I go about doing this?

boot the Ubuntu cd, use the partitioner to delete the windows partition then install in the free space.
