Hi !
where do i find the bootup logo that is used in Feisty Fawn, the one with progress bar in under. (the reverse i shown at shut down)
The same logo is used as default in the compiz "cube" when you rotate it.

no one who knows were to get the "original" picture ?

I can't remember exactly, but I think its under /boot somewhere. You'll have to have a look. Alternately, it might be under /usr as part of the bootsplash package. Have a look in synaptic at the bootsplash package and see what files are installed. It might be one of them. Dunno if this helps at all...

To get the pictures, execute this command in the terminal:
apt-get source usplash-theme-ubuntu

thanks got the png picture it was in a archive "usplash-theme-ubuntu_0.14.tar.gz" Now i have it as a cap in beryl (havent got compiz-fusion to work
