Installing XP through a network shared CD

I have no CD rom on the computer I'm trying to install XP on (it's broken) just a floppy disk. It is hooked up to the LAN though, and I was able to install ubunto onto it (using a netboot disk). Is there a way to use either my existing netboot disk and tftpd to install XP through the shared CD drive?
