While I am not from the United Kingdom (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Kingdom) I do enjoy crumpets (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crumpet) with my tea.
If you enjoy crumpets also, what do you put on your crumpet?
I like to put 'cashew & macadamia nut butter' on my crumpet. I think apple butter would be tasty also.

Cheese and/or butter.
I'm more of a muffin person, though.

1. Honey - preferably a tasty "Yellow Box" or other Eucalyptus-sourced honey - or even Tasmanian Leatherwood if I'm feeling really adventurous (strangest tasting honey in the world, IMO)
2. Toasted cheese, preferably something with a bit of tang. A good cheddar is heaven.
(My wife recently went "Low Fat" cheese - it melts like plastic and actually burns!)
mmmm Crumpets!

What's a crumpet? I've never eaten a crumpet
A google images search makes it look like a muffin of sorts
