Strange Request Please Read

Hi guys I know this may not be the place to ask this but.... I have a scheduled backup of a win 2003 server set to start at 6am est. My question is if I manually change the time on the server will the backup run fine?

I need the backup to start earlier as there was a big change in our data yesterday and my differential was 3.5 hrs long which usually takes 1hr.

So I need the mornings incremental to run earlier so when the employees get here they are not sitting around with nothing to do?

Why don't you just edit the schedule to set it earlier?

I would but this is a one time thing and I don't want to have to redo the whole schedule.

I am not the one who takes care of the backups.... He is out sick this week :(..
