I'm new on ubuntu, how can i instal the drivers of my cable modem on USB? is a motorola surfboard.

Usually your cable modem connects to your PC through the NIC, using an ethernet cable. It's better to use that than USB, unless you don't have a NIC in your machine (which is rare).

Thx for the help, but i use the USB becouse the ethernet i use it for the xbox live, and it's annoying have to connet and disconet the cable, everytime i want to play on live.

You can't use both the ethernet and usb ports at the same time on the cable modem. You should get a router and plug the computer and the xbox into that.
