Server Switching?

So I have a server hosted out of my office. I have it on battery backup and stuff but every so often, when it rains, my internet gets knocked out. Now I want to keep my services and my server (web and other) active when internet goes down. What's the most efficient way to do this?

You're talking about a backup internet line, right? An easy way to do this is with a cellular aircard... it should run you about $40 or so a month in the States. Then a router with 3G failover, such as a Sonicwall TZ190.
