I'm just looking into the future here. I'm guessing many of you have come across an older PC which has an older version of Windows (95 or 98 ) installed on it, but it's runs fine and could possibly be put to some kind of use.
Now, with the whole WGA mess, what happens when Microsoft eventually drops support for Vista? Will all of the features be disabled and make the computer entirely useless, effectively making Windows Vista go into extinction?
Is this by any chance another way to force people to upgrade to their latest greatest instead of leaving them happy with their old, reliable computer and MS-OS?
(edited for the smiley caused by the 8+closed bracket)
