You can emulate it with the Super Nintendo ZSNES emulator. You can emulate CPS2 games (Capcom System 2 - Marvel vs Capcom, Xmen vs SFighter, SFAlpha 1,2,3, SF II turbo, etc) with Wine or Cedega. You can run NeoGeo games emulating NeoRageX.

What about XMAME with the arcade Mortal Kombat ROMs, that's gotta be the best way to play it unless you are looking for an open source alternative like Open Mortal (http://openmortal.sourceforge.net/) :)

no, im not really looking for an emulator. i wanted something that ran natively. im going to check out open mortal.
