I bet you could find some. Funny you should ask that though. I'm currently in the process of designing a htpc system to use LinuxMCE. I have also looked at Knoppmyth. What I am looking to do is make a couple different version that are easy to set up and have most of the configuring done when you get the system. What do you guys think? Is there a market for a htpc running one of the above that is built using hardware known to work and documents that are made up for an easy install?

Take a look at our MediaBox (http://www.zareason.com/shop/product.php?productid=16134). It comes with a tv tuner and MythTV pre-installed.

MythTV is pretty easy to setup in Ubuntu; in fact in Feisty it is very easy. It would probably be better to build your own box and install the software. You don't need massive hardware to run MyythTV so the cost will be low.
I just looked at the link above and that is expensive for what you are getting!

But building one on your own is the least expensive solution (depending on how you value your time). If you make proper hardware choices you can make it a lot easier.
