what is the best laptop colling pad

i have been really interested int he thermaltake cooling pad (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834998345) - which uses no fans but see mixed reviews - any of you have this product?

Buy a 1/4 inch plastic cutting board at a grocery store. All you need is a hard surface so your jeans don't block the cooling fan ports and a 1/4 inch of plastic will provide sufficient insulation for your legs.

It don't. There are 2 holes on bottom unde the fan... It just takes it from the bottom theres a rim round fan too.
