Compiz + MergedFB = 99% black screen

I've looked for this problem elsewhere, and I've found similar problems with no answers.

I have Feisty Fawn, Compiz, and MergedFB.

Compiz runs fine without MergedFB. MergedFB works fine without Compiz running.

My xorg.conf (relevant parts):

But when I unquote my xorg.conf and login with MergedFB, it works fine until my Compiz session (compiz --replace) auto-kicks in. Then my screen flashes (it normally would without Compiz as it loads) and all but a little rectangle of my screen is blacked out. When I put my mouse over there it disappears and I barely have enough room to do anything.... (It's the top left of my main monitor, and the word "Applications" is cut off around the p's)

I would take a screenshot but I don't have enough room to navigate the popup screenshot box.

I do not have "Detect Outputs" selected. Should I? And my resolution with Monitor 1 is 1280x800 and combined it is 2080x800 (800x600+1280x800).

Please help! :(

Update: I managed to open up a terminal with MergedFB and Compiz running.... I did a compiz --replace then broke out of it, and here is the output when I tried to do a compiz --replace with Compiz running:
