Hi,

I installed kubuntu yesterday... but there are no games at all !

Even worse, i don't find the "Games" tab in K-menu.

My bad luck, the internet connection is not *yet* working with kubuntu...

Any help ?

there should be some games installed by default in kubuntu, something is not right. You wont have a games tab in the k menu if there are no games in there. If you go to edit menu, you will see the section for games. The k menu does not show a catagory if there is nothing in it (so it stays better organized!). You need to fix the internet connection first though. Something sounds wrong with your installation, if I were you, I would try to install again, that might be the easiest solution, than trying to troubleshoot what actually went wrong (might be an incomplete instal)

You don't get any games with a default kubuntu install, I think it's because of a lack of space on the cd. Don't worry though, when you install games you will get the games tab.

I always uninstall the default games that comes with diffrent distros, mostly I want to decide which games I want. I'm not into solitare and minesweeping :-#

But if there aren't any games, you can easely grab them through synaptic (in Kubuntu case Adapt) and search for game(s).
