need help with ipod

can someone help me please, my ipod turns on but after the apple sign a folder comes up with a triangle in front of it, n e one know how i can just get it back to normal

.....you might have a harddrive problem. I had the same problem but it turned out to be a failed hd. Try reseting via instructions at apple's site. If that doesnt work it might be time to get a new one or pay to get it fixed or just do it yourself.

get on a windows pc and use the iPod program to redo it.
