how to install any software?

i want to install some games(linux) .
i dont have a gcc compiler nor any internet connection................

OK.. well I assume you mean you don't have an internet connection available to your Ubuntu PC because obviously you posted this message from somewhere...

Maybe you could download the "Ubuntu Ultimate Gamers Edition" from wherever you do have an internet connection and then burn that to a CD and install it?
