I'm sort of into the business of building PCs for customers. I want to promote the use of the various Ubuntu Operating systems. The Brilliant Idea that came to me was to sell systems with the OS at a reduced price and off er the customer an incentive for purchasing these systems. I had the idea of giving out 1GB flash drives with the purchasing of these Ubuntu systems with the reduced price.
What I want to know if is there anyway I could get flas drives with the Ubuntu logo on them and the slogan and what permission do I need to give these out and are there any ways to get these printed to give to the customers. I live in Jamaica and would like to promote the Ubuntu usage here!!!

I'm not sure flash drives are available.
Here, you have material for CD/DVD and other marketing media:

I have found that the best way to sell PCs with Ubuntu pre-installed it to ONLY sell PCs with Ubuntu pre-installed. I have been doing it for a while now and I cannot quit my day job, but I really do not market much. They do sell though. I find that refurbishing old PCs with Xubuntu sell best to people without much $$'s. I do set up Beryl for the Ubuntu machines and include instruction on how things work. I also let them know that I will upgrade them to the next Ubuntu for free, as they have 1 year of tech support (that just means re-installing or recommending programs). I have only a few come back to me, as it is not hard to upgrade, but the offer helps the sale. I do add the Ubuntu forum to the Firefox tool bar and let them know about Canonical's support explaining that the OS is free, but they can buy support instead if they want to. I also give them a home burnt CD (I make the disks look very nice) and I use to print off the manual, but now just give them the link. I also just charge for labor, the parts cost them what they cost me, rounded up to the nearest $5 for gas and storage, so they are jsut paying for labor, all the little "perks" help the sale. I have jsut done word of mouth, but now have people come to me looking for Ubuntu or Xubuntu machines. I do not sell Kubuntu as it looks to much like XP to the new user and I have lost sales for that (looks like XP should ACT like XP). But the 2 people that I sold Kubuntu to were happy once I switched the boxes to Ubuntu. If they are not sure I offer them Windows and up the price by $250 (the cost of a Vista CD). That is the final touch that brings them to Ubuntu. Hope that helps.
