XGL Beryl problem Edgy!

Hello, I have installed beryl, beryl-manager (and all the other necessary beryl packages), and XGL. i have set it up so i can log into XGL from the login in window and it seems to work with no errors. but when i try to run beryl system freezes the borders of the windows disappear and the bars at the top and bottom of the screen too. so i have been trying to get this to work for 3 days of non-stop work! please help me i am using a radeon 9250 with
fglrx version 8.28.8 and my xorg.conf looks like this

Is the intel chipset suppose to use the "fglrx" driver.
Is that chipset nvidia or ati based.?
The missing title bars can be fixed, but first you need to figure out why your computer is freezing.
Im running XGL with a nvidia card and I am using the nvidia driver. So far it works flawlessly, not a single crash for freeze in months.

Sorry I miss read your post, your running a ATI card.
I notice you have to separate Device sections, one points to the intel chipset and one for fglrx.
Which version of Beryl are you using?

If your using a version later than 0.2.0 the XGL server package is not included with Beryl.
