Where are the SSH and FTP daemons

Just installed Ubuntu 6.06 LTS on a server. Are the ssh daemon and a ftp daemon installed by default?

If I have to download them, how do I go about it as the box does not have internet access. I have a windows box with internet access, so how do I download the packages.

http://packages.ubuntu.com/

Don't forget to eventually download all dependencies before going to your offline box.
