I've asked this before without success, but am trying again.
I have an Addlogix USB wireless dongle. works fine in Ubuntu 7.04 on a PC, not my g4 tower, however. (nor with gentoo g4 tower with 2.6.21 kernel, neither...)
btw, this dongle is also the same as the Asus dongle wl-167g, and virtually the same as the D-Link DWL-G122, rev b1, all have ralink 2500 (2570?) chipset.
question is, has anyone, anywhere, gotten this to work on a ppc, G4, in this or any other kernel?!
That includes 6.22 or 23 kernels...for those who compile their own.
Until I do, I'm stuck in the basement with my router...the rooms upstairs are wireless only...
