minimize to tray for Rhythm Box

i see that the rhythm box has had an overhaul in gutsy. but some things i think they missed is the minimize to system tray option... it's pretty useless to have a system tray icon and yet the window still goes to the panel.

another thing is for specified music folders to be automatically scanned for new files during startup or as specified by user.

Not very obvious but Ctrl-W (close window) minimizes Rhythmbox to tray.
