Best Repair Live CD

I'm looking to get back into computer repair, and I was wondering. What Live CD of Linux would be best to run and repair Windows based PCs? And what kind of tools should I be looking for to come with the CD?

unless you particular must have a linux repair cd for windows, then make your own windows live-cd repair disk, info from here:

There is the linux rescue cd at http://www.sysresccd.org/Main_Page. I don't know if it's the best but it's done what I have needed it to do so far.,
