No, its not legal. Cedega is a paid subscription product and you cannot download it legally without first signing up for it and paying for three months in advance. Cedega does not offer a free demo anymore, so I doubt you downloaded that. It looks like you probably downloaded a pirated copy. [-X

The torrent dowload is illegal, because with them you can use cedega without paying for it.
