Kiba-dock icon troubles

Whenever I try to add more than 6 application launchers they start what I'm going to call "stacking". For example If I drag the firefox.desktop icon to the dock to the dock then it "stacks on my xchat icon and I have to right click it and then I can choose between the programs. This happens also when I just manually drag it into the .kiba-dock/launcher directory.

Im having the same problem, its super frustrating, anyone have any ideas??

the only way i was able to avoid this was to turn off akamaru.
