Gutsy does have a built-in RSS reader actually, it's Live Bookmarks in Firefox. :) But the thing is only a portion of users ever read RSS feeds, and an even smaller number that use desktop RSS readers, so why do you think this is necessary?

On the other hand "Gutsy Gibbons Daily" sounds like an awesome title for a Gutsy's daily packaging updates newsletter. :D
