server monitoring

hi, i'm looking for a program, wchich can display (and log) bandwith useage on a server, eg. proxy box. i have to find out how much bandwith one user is taking, and log that.
i have tried couple of programs, but still can't filter all the info.
any ideas?

whats the general string to when referred to the universe/web repository?

IE if i wanted that program what would be the url/string for that
and say .... any other program in the universe repository. just to see and compare thanks!
