User profiles

I'm trying to create an mandatory user profile. Can anyone please help me with this.

I will create an profile for students, where there are restrictions.

- not able to access terminal
- no sudo
- no access to change desktop
- only access to change files in home directory

Is this possible?

Are there any easy way to do this?
