Just saw this on Gnomefiles:

Perhaps a project that shares many similarities with this one - both writting in Python for managing WiFi connections - so perhaps scope for collaboration!

Wifi radar i in Breezy Universe and works great.
but :

- it's not an applet
- it does his own stuff inside of working with /etc/networking/interfaces. As a result, you often loss configuration in wifi-radar.
