Good night.
Today, an user posted a thread in the argentinean subforum with information about a personal project he's starting. It seems to be some kind of forum/Q&A site for the open source community in castilian. He was asking for people to join him and help with it. I'm not 100% sure if it's a commercial site or not (I asked him to send me the url to confirm this).
Anyway, some of the members think that this is some kind of spam and that is forbidden or unethical to post this kind of information/requests.
I'm in a serious doubt about it and not sure if it's ok or not (couldn't find anything suitable in the Forum's CoC either, sorry if I missed something).
I would appreciate some guidance from experience mods/admin on this matter.

TIA

I would say that the intend is good, it is clear that he's trying to take advantage of the ubuntu community to get some persons in his project but it is somewhat related to linux so i think it is ok for now. In addition he's not spreading any link what persons who create an account to spam always do.

So keep an eye on this but for the moment it looks acceptable (just my opinion).
