Can someone tell me or point me towards a link on how to use the multi-quote option in posts ?

i sometimes have to quote the user multiple times to answer his different questions or remarks and i find it hard to break his comments into separate quotes and also include his name in the quote.

i think thats what multi quote is for. Alas, i do not yet know how to use it. Clicking on it simply makes it "pinkish" but then what do i do?

tried to search this section but didnt find anything

Click the multi quote button on all the posts in the thread that you would like to quote. You can even go to other pages of the thread and toggle the multi-quote button on those. - It will remember the ones you chose on previous pages.

When you've chosen all posts you want to quote, then press a normal quote button on a post you want to quote. You'll be taken to a page showing the advanced reply dialogue, and inside will be all the posts you wanted to multi-quote all ready for you :)

just copy and paste the [ quote ] and [ /quote ] tags where they are needed.
